Tip-If it’s important to you to have a top flight Captain and charter service, you may want to limit your choices to full time Captains.  Although a few part time Captains are excellent fisherman, there simply is no substitute for being on the water every day.  Not only does this increase a Captains fishing abilities by studying the slight nuances that occur on a daily basis, more importantly, it gives the Captain the recent history needed to put together successful fishing patterns and predict fish behavior.
